D3C0D3D YEARLY ORIGINAL ARTIST DESIGN CONTEST – Objectives & Rules

Objectives:

The D3C0D3D Yearly Design Contest is an opportunity for artists and designers to showcase their creativity and have their work featured on D3C0D3D products. The winning design will be produced and sold, with the artist receiving 50% of profits indefinitely.

This contest aims to:

• Encourage innovation by blending art and cryptic messaging.
  
• Give artists a platform to showcase their talent.
  
• Expand the D3C0D3D brand with fresh, unique, and meaningful artwork.
  
• Create a community-driven experience that highlights undiscovered talent.
  
  

Contest Rules:

1. Eligibility

• Open to artists and designers worldwide, 18+.
  
• Must submit original artwork that has not been sold or used commercially.
  
• AI-generated designs are NOT allowed.

2. Submission Guidelines

• Artwork must align with D3C0D3D’s theme of bold, vibrant, semi-abstract, and cryptic messaging.
  
• Must include hidden or encoded positive messaging using the 1=A, 2=B, 3=C system (or similar).
  
• File format: High-resolution PNG or SVG (300 DPI minimum).
  
• Artists must provide a short description explaining the meaning behind their design.
  
• Each artist can submit up to two designs per contest.
  

3. Judging Criteria

Since public voting can be manipulated, the winning design will be selected by Ardent Haus based on:

• Creativity & Uniqueness (30%) – Does it stand out and feel original?
• Artistic Execution (30%) – Is the design polished and visually striking?
• Alignment with Brand (20%) – Does it fit D3C0D3D’s artistic and messaging style?
• Marketability (20%) – Would it work well on apparel and other products?
  
  

4. Winner Selection & Profit Sharing

• The winning artist will be contacted via email and announced publicly on Ardent Haus and D3C0D3D platforms.
  
• The design will be featured on D3C0D3D products and sold online.
  
• The winner will receive 50% of net profits from product sales indefinitely.
  
• Payments will be sent via PayPal, Stripe, or direct deposit quarterly.
  
  

5. Important Notes

• By entering, participants grant D3C0D3D the right to use submitted artwork for promotional purposes, even if it does not win.
  
• Artists retain full rights to their work but agree to exclusive commercial use by D3C0D3D if selected as the winner.
  
  

Any form of plagiarism or copyright infringement results in immediate disqualification.
